LOCATIONS FOR PHOTO AND FILM

At Siggesta Gård, we have the opportunity to offer a wide variety of locations for filming, photography, recordings, and projects. Rent one space, several, or the entire farm.

OPEN SPACES

Siggesta Gård covers a total of 498 hectares of land, providing the opportunity to find secluded spots for unique projects. All land is owned by the farm itself, so no permits are needed for drones, for example. The farm is located in a rural and tranquil area on Värmdö with its own stop for SL buses. By car, it takes approximately 40 minutes from Slussen.

equipment, PROJECT MANAGEMENT & ADDITIONAL SPAC

We can provide technical equipment, so no OB van is needed on-site. Project management is offered as needed. There is also the possibility of office or back-office spaces if the production requires it.

NATURE, ARCHIPELAGO & FOREST

Siggesta Gård is situated in a diverse environment consisting of forests, meadows, pastures, and close the sea. With its own beach, the Stockholm archipelago is a unique feature in the rural surroundings. In the pastures, there are alpacas, goats, sheep, chickens, and horses. Stall Siggesta shares the courtyard with the hotel. We also have a 1500 square meter kitchen garden that flourishes during the season.

OFFERING

Meals are served throughout the day at Restaurant Ladugården, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We also arrange catering as needed. Coffee is, of course, available! If hotel rooms are needed during production, we offer 58 personal, comfortable, and cozy boutique hotel rooms, totaling 140 beds. All rooms have a variety of interior design and style.

With 15 conference rooms accommodating up to 535 people and a floor space of 325 square meters, as well as 14 meters in ceiling height in the largest room, there is a wide range of variation in size, style, and theme.

CULTURE AND HISTORY

Siggesta Gård boasts one of Värmdö's perhaps oldest buildings, the old Munkkällaren dating back to the 1400s. On the grounds, there are also cultural heritage-listed Viking graves, an 18th-century manor house, manor wings and barns, residential houses, and hotel buildings.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

Siggesta Gård in northern Värmdö in the Stockholm archipelago was built here precisely because the forest and land are fertile, with the forest nearby and the proximity to the sea. When we develop Siggesta Gård, we must remember this and continue to take advantage of and protect our environment, both locally and globally. Therefore, we want to tell you about some of the things we do to develop as large as possible with as little impact on the environment as possible.

CONSTRUCTIONS

We renovate our buildings carefully and use old construction methods with a focus on energy consumption. We build with materials with very low environmental impact (wood, stone, brick, clay paint, etc.).

KNOWN FROM TV

Perhaps you recognize Siggesta Gård from various TV productions? TV4 has filmed several seasons of "Bonde söker fru - Kärlek åt alla with us. SVT's "Gift vid första ögonkastet" 2024 was also filmed at Siggesta. With a great variety of lovely environments, Siggesta was perfectly suited to host four personal weddings.
