Start New Year’s Eve with a relaxing moment in our lounge bistro, where a simple menu is served. Enjoy classics like Skagen stir-fry, lobster soup, and charcuterie, along with fresh oysters. The atmosphere is enhanced by lovely music while you relax in front of the open fire and maybe enjoy a glass of bubbly. For those who want to unwind further, we offer sauna hours between 10:00 and 18:00, ideal for relaxing before the evening festivities.

Check in at your New Year Hotel

Check-in starts as early as 12:00, giving you plenty of time to prepare for the evening's celebrations. At 18:30, we serve pre-drinks — choose from a glass of bubbly or a non-alcoholic option — to kick off the evening festively.

Exclusive New Year's Dinner

The highlight of the evening is our exclusive five-course New Year’s dinner, carefully crafted by our master chef to provide you with a memorable experience. You can choose from meat, fish, or vegetarian options, with each dish prepared with care. Kids can enjoy a three-course menu or our popular classic — pancakes with jam and cream.

Festivities and Twelfth Night

After dinner, the party continues in our Hernöbar, which is open until 01:00. Here you can enjoy music and bonfires. As midnight approaches, bonfires are lit outdoors to create a magical atmosphere. Together, we will count down and toast to the New Year!

New Year's Day

After a fantastic New Year’s Eve, wake up to a generous breakfast buffet served between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before check-out, which takes place no later than 12:00 PM.
