Exercising in nature
Book a wonderful weekend filled with fresh air, exercise, winter baths, and sauna on the agenda. At Siggesta, there are beautiful trails for hiking and running. You can practice yoga on the beach or enjoy a workout in our outdoor gym for comfortable strength training. Why limit yourself to the boring walls of a gym when nature offers endless possibilities? Outdoor training provides a natural boost to your energy levels and a chance to unwind simultaneously. Nature also has a calming effect on us; surrounding yourself with greenery and fresh air reduces stress levels. It’s like a natural therapy session where you can let your thoughts wander freely while focusing on your exercise movements.
Nature beach
At the nature beach, you can take a dip when the ice isn’t covering the water. Whether it’s a cold winter bath or a refreshing summer swim depends on the season. The hiking trail that passes by is 3.5 km, so why not lace up your shoes and pack swimwear in your backpack?
Forest sauna
After intense exercise, a sauna can promote recovery by reducing muscle stiffness and increasing flexibility. It’s also incredibly relaxing to settle down in a warm sauna with the fire crackling. Our cozy Forest Sauna is wood-fired and includes a small relaxation area and outdoor showers that are open during the season. This reservation includes access to the communal Forest Sauna, accommodating up to 4 people at a time. Bathrobe and slipper loans are included.
